Hello. I have worked with Artcut 2002 for the last 6 years and today when I starT it, it gives me the message " please insert the install CD-R, then press OK " I insert the CD as usual and do not work. What can I do to solve the problem, please???

Ploter problem
Hello,
I have a Pelican 1250 viny cutter and an artcut6, the cutter does not work after i click start to cut, it is connected at Com1 via serial cable, no error appears, just no response from the cutter. We reinstalled the software (windowsxpHE,2000 and artcut), tried different control sequences

Adding other languages to font
Hello, im am just wondering if I can add another language pack to this program? for example i would like to start using russian characters or macodonian characters for my letter cutting? does this program only support english font? i need to be able to use as many languages as possible

I installed artcut but I'm not able to set parameters of plotter as when I have to choose brand of plotter I see that Coletech is not between brands.
Please tell me which are correct parameters (we have CL-870).

hi, the download version is just for upgrading, not a complete system. you should install it in the same list with the previous version.
